When checking out make sure to select a font option; mark clearly your name or monogram preference along with the sequence of the letters. You will also need to choose your thread color preference. We do our best to match the thread to the bags we embroider.

We use PayPal to ensure a secure and safe transaction.
Sales Tax:
Our quoted pricing does not include sales tax. Orders shipped to an Illinois address must be charged 8% sales tax.
Shipping Methods:
Our pricing does not include shipping charges. We have pick up available for local orders that will not have shipping charges applied. All orders shipped will have shipping rates applied. We use standard shipping and priority shipping via the United States Postal Service and will include delivery tracking in the quoted rates. Standard shipipng takes between 5 - 7 days from the time your order is shipped. Priority Shipping usually takes between 2- 3 days from time of shipment. Since each item is personalized once we receive your order, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days, from purchase, for us to hand craft your order.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We stand behind the quality of our work, and will do whatever we can to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Due to the nature of the personalization / customization of each item, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We pride ourselves on our customer service.

The items we sell are not homemade, but each embroidered personalization is lovingly added to our products for your satisfaction.
Please keep in mind that all monitors are different so colors may vary slightly from those shown on your screen.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that is placed with us. In the event we cancel an order, or make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify the buyer via email; billing address, or the phone number provided at the time the order was taken. Please make sure this information is correct so we can contact you.
